And this concept came as a dream to the man who called himself Editor (-- Ed. to his friends, if he had any), and that man was propelled into galvanic action to create such a magazine, the equal of which could not be produced by a billion monkeys pounding on a billion keyboards in less than half an hour or so. So it came to pass that Editor, even though some thought him a loon, boldly went where quite a few had gone before and loosed this spawn upon the World Wide Web.
